Hello,
I’ve got a 20cdt and have some problems with my airconditioning. I hav e rebrushed the cooling fan and replaced the condensor.
Today they refilled the aircocircuit with refrigerant but told me that they could only fill the system with about 250 gr instead of 450 gr.
The aircon is now working and blows fresh air but it isn’t very cold. I think that there isn’t enough refrigerant in the system.
Anybody an idea why they were only able to refill the system with only 250 gr?
The airco seems to work but doesn’t perform 100%. So I don’t think there is a problem with the compressor and the fan works….
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and how can I resolve this?

I had the same problem ,fixed with the change of the aircon condenser which was leaking and congested.

Hello Mintman,
Thanks for the reply. I replaced the condensor as well. Meantime the problem is probably solved. The workshop called me to inform me that their aircomatic is defective. They weren’t able to refill the aircon on other cars neither.
He is going to call me for a free refill once the aircomatic is fixed.
